Marjana Valerie J. Taratingan, is the current Leasing and Asset Management Manager of Kepwealth Property Phils, Inc. since December 15, 2020 managing Kepwealth Center Cebu and One San Miguel Avenue Ortigas. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology in 2004 from Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois USA.  With 3 years experience in Real Estate and over 14 years of hands on hospitality service experience, strong leadership skills and a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry both locally and internationally. Strong business development professional skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Coaching and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Prior to joining the company, she was a Hotel Manager of Eurotel Baguio from 2017 to 2019. She also served as a Sales Director for Taft Properties from 2013 to 2106. Ms. Taratingan was the Hotel Assistant Manager of The Drake Hotel Chicago, Illinois from 2004 to 2012 and the Front Desk Manager for Hyatt Regency Chicago from 2000 to 2004.
